A live 90-minute working session with Travis Flateau. Not a lecture — you leave with your lag gear named and your first shift in hand.

What happens in the 90 minutes

You score your own wheel, live. The 8 F Words — Faith, Focus, Fitness, Family, Friendship, Field, Finances, Future — go up on the screen and you rate each one while Travis walks the room through it. By the end of the first stretch you are looking at your own eight numbers rather than a diagram of somebody else's life.

Then the part most people have never had put to them plainly: your life runs at the speed of your lag gear. Not your best one. Seven gears turning beautifully cannot outrun one that is stripped, and the reason effort stops converting into progress is almost always that the effort is going into the gears already working.

You name your lag gear on the call. Out loud, in the room, with your own numbers in front of you — which is a different act from privately suspecting it, and it is the reason this is worth ninety minutes of a Tuesday evening rather than a PDF.

And then you trade the one sentence that has been keeping it stuck. Everybody has one. It is the sentence you say about that gear when nobody is pushing back — and you leave with its replacement, and one shift to run.

Attendees work. They don't watch.

Who this is for

If nothing in your life is working, this is the wrong room and Travis will tell you so. This is for the person whose scoreboard looks good from the outside, who is carrying one thing that has not moved in years, and who has stopped expecting it to. You already know how to work. That was never the problem.
