Each program has its own guarantee and cancellation terms, laid out below. Programs are billed through Stripe; to make a guarantee claim, or start a cancellation, email hello@shiftinggearscoaching.com from the address on your order.

Do the work for 14 days. Actually run the reps — don't just buy it and let it sit. If you turn the wrench and your gear genuinely hasn't budged, email us and we'll make it right. We're that confident, because we've watched it work. But it only works if you do.

The 50-Week Drive

Billed monthly, or annually if you choose the yearly rate. Cancel any time — when you cancel you simply aren’t billed again, and there is no long-term contract.
The Pit Crew (live group coaching)
This is an investment, not a subscription you cancel on a Tuesday. All sales final — but if you're ever genuinely not served, you'll have a direct line to Travis and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We don't hide from the people we work with.
Billed monthly. Cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date and you won’t be charged for the following cycle.
Crew Chief (private coaching)
This is an investment, not a subscription you cancel on a Tuesday. All sales final — but if you're ever genuinely not served, you'll have a direct line to Travis and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We don't hide from the people we work with.
Any additional terms are set in the engagement agreement you sign for that work, and those terms control.
